VGYM is designed to keep your data private and under your control.

• All workout, exercise, and body stat data is stored locally on your device by default.
• No user account, sign-in, or personal identifier is required to use the app.
• No analytics or tracking tools are used. VGYM does not collect or transmit data to the developer or any third party.

Optional iCloud Sync If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your workout and body stat data is synced across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account and is subject to Apple's iCloud privacy practices. The developer does not have access to this data. Sync is off by default.

Optional Apple Health Integration If you enable Apple Health sync in Settings, VGYM writes workout and body weight data to Apple Health. This is governed by Apple's HealthKit privacy framework and requires your explicit permission. You can revoke this access at any time in the iOS Settings app. This feature is off by default.
